Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design optimization decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating enterprise projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
