Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions across active directory systems
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers and firewalls
- Document IT processes and create detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service agreements
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Train employees on new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in contract or corporate environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Valid Washington driver's license for occasional on-site visits
