Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019)
- Deploy and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise applications
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on migration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize resources
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support
- Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems
