Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to outline strategic technology initiatives that align with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Lead the transition to cloud-native architectures and ensure system scalability and security for high-volume operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major capital investments.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Manage relationships with key technology partners and select vendors that align with our long-term vision.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee internal R&D initiatives focused on prototyping future-proof solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a strategic or C-suite capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML integration, Cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Cybersecurity best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
