Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 technological landscape.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into core business workflows.
- Define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for advanced AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen software solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging tech trends that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and neural network architectures.
