What you'll accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-optimized machine learning models for edge computing deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing explainable AI (XAI) frameworks for regulated industries
- Author patent-pending algorithms for real-time multimodal data fusion (text, video, biosensors)
- Collaborate with ethics committees to ensure AI alignment with human values
- Present breakthrough findings at global AI summits including Davos and TED
- Drive open-source initiatives that democratize advanced AI tools
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier AI journals (Nature AI, Science Robotics)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with C++ optimization skills
- Track record of securing DARPA/National Science Foundation grants
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Fluency in Rust for high-performance computing applications
