Responsibilities

- Present strategic briefings to board members on emerging technology risks/opportunities
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Coordinate with international R hubs to accelerate innovation adoption cycles
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technology platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$50M revenue impact
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner Foresight)
- Experience scaling agile methodologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
