Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the strategic vision for AI products launching in 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Lead a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from prototyping to production deployment.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development and data governance.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress updates to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI product development.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI projects from conception to launch.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and predictive modeling.
- Ability to think strategically about long-term (2026+) technology trends.
