- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech ecosystems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and future-proof technology adoption
- Present thought leadership at industry conferences and publish whitepapers on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or conference proceedings
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
