Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years research leadership
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum AI or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF, DOE)
