Our interdisciplinary team combines machine learning expertise with philosophical rigor to develop governance protocols for quantum computing, generative AI, and autonomous systems. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and influences product roadmaps across 12+ Fortune 500 partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems including quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits for autonomous vehicle decision algorithms
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI training pipelines
- Establish corporate governance standards for synthetic media deployment
- Author white papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies (FTC, EU AI Act)
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation
- Stakeholder engagement with privacy advocates and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years implementing AI ethics programs in tech environments
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethical implications
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGC)
