Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic solutions into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and technology incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future technology disruptions
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and foster a culture of technological experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies and ability to translate complex concepts into business strategy
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills for technology investment decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
