Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, focusing on 2026 readiness and scalability.
- System Design: Architect complex, distributed machine learning systems that can handle petabyte-scale data and high-concurrency workloads.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision to solve unsolved industry problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with product management and business units to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Agents, Reinforcement Learning) and the foresight to anticipate future shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
