Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Develop compliance strategies for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails into AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and industry standards for AI transparency and explainability
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible technology governance
- Expertise in bias detection tools (e.g., Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Strong technical writing skills with published work on AI ethics
- Experience with model interpretability frameworks (SHAP, LIME, Counterfactuals)
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
