Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments on ML models
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (2026+)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making transparency
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Proactively identify emerging AI ethics challenges and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, OECD)
- Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (preferred)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability (preferred)
