Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct algorithmic audits and bias assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI risk management and transparency
- Design governance protocols for generative AI and neural network deployments
- Establish compliance standards for human-AI interaction interfaces
- Represent the organization in international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Mentor data scientists on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or policy-making committees
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology development
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
