Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable multi-agent architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Develop and fine-tune autonomous AI agents that integrate seamlessly with external APIs and databases.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering and context management strategies to enhance agent reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate future vision into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical standards of all AI agent interactions.
- Optimize system latency and throughput for high-volume production environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Agentic systems.
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong experience working with Vector Databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in building LLM-powered applications and autonomous agents.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about future tech trends.
