Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of microservices-based systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-gen cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers and product managers to integrate emerging technologies.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture reviews to maintain code quality standards.
- Identify potential risks in the tech stack and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects with 2026-era scalability requirements.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
