Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026 AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers to foster an environment of innovation and excellence.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and complex computations.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies to ensure they meet our future-proofing standards before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML or Distributed Systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Quantum Computing concepts, Edge AI, or Generative AI models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
