Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the AI engineering team.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and R&D to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
