Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Design scalable architectures for quantum-encrypted neural networks
- Conduct bias audits and mitigation strategies for predictive algorithms
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability
- Author whitepapers on regulatory compliance for emerging tech
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on biocompatible interfaces
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural encryption
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or digital ethics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and ethical auditing tools
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF standards
- Strong background in transdisciplinary collaboration (tech + humanities)
- Public speaking experience at global tech ethics forums
