Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed internal reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with general office operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative or operations support experience.
