Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence, including email inquiries and phone support, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in accurate data entry and the preparation of weekly reports for department heads.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation promptly.
- Support various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the operations team.
- Handle light reception duties and greet visitors to the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative support or office management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a busy environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for full-time temporary shifts.
