Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Process incoming calls, emails, and mail with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure office operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
