Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and societal shifts
- Develop and publish annual Future Impact Reports for executive stakeholders
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term vision
- Facilitate strategic workshops with global R&D and product teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging opportunities
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend impact modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
