Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year horizon scanning frameworks identifying emerging trends across technology, geopolitics, and socio-cultural shifts
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 with quantifiable impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-critical topics
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and market paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or technology journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
