Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for C-suite executives
- Produce high-impact research reports on AI, biotechnology, and climate resilience futures
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or future studies publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research platforms
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into business impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
