Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications
- Fluency in future foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
