Responsibilities
- Define and spearhead the comprehensive technology roadmap leading into 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) to integrate future-proof solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute strategic milestones.
- Develop robust KPIs and forecasting models to measure the success of strategic deployments.
- Present quarterly strategy updates to stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or product leadership.
- Demonstrated success in delivering multi-year, large-scale technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment is highly preferred.
