Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and scaling disruptive technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Experience leading teams through paradigm shifts in technology adoption
