Responsibilities
- Research and forecast technology trends with 2026+ impact across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present foresight analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Create scenario-planning models for technological disruption
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
