Responsibilities

- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency across all departments.

- Drive Digital Transformation: Identify legacy bottlenecks and implement modern solutions that reduce downtime and increase throughput.

- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards by reviewing complex codebases and mentoring junior architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and prompt engineering strategies.
