Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and oversee the end-to-end system architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and scalability requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Infrastructure Design: Design fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data throughput.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis and optimization of system bottlenecks to ensure real-time latency and processing speed.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in high-level languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing and deploying infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Containerization: Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-dimensional problems under tight deadlines.
