- Manage $5M R&D budget for prototyping next-gen hardware
- Present findings at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD researchers in cutting-edge AI ethics labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or similar tech giants
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from lab to market
- Expertise in policy frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of Web3 and decentralized infrastructure
