- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies with 3+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, or climate tech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
