Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map paradigm shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing organizational structures
- Advantage stakeholders on regulatory, ethical, and sustainability implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, bioengineering, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
