Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) for trend mapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
