Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program across various tech stacks.
- Engage in 1-on-1 mentorship sessions with senior engineering leadership.
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tooling development.
- Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Present capstone projects to the executive board at the conclusion of the program.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Previous internship, project, or hackathon experience in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
