Responsibilities

- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to integrate AI capabilities into core business products.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Ensure all AI initiatives comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and security standards.
- Manage the annual AI R&D budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML model development.
- At least 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing high-growth technical teams.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong track record of taking complex AI models from research and prototyping into full-scale production.
