Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive market shifts through 2030
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen user interfaces
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers
- Drive innovation sprints for future-proofing core products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
