Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define the core architecture for large-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead research and implementation of advanced optimization techniques to improve model efficiency and reduce latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex systems and devise innovative solutions to technical bottlenecks.
