Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and forecast their business impact through 2026 and beyond
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-generation technologies across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-develop future technologies
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM) preferred
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
