- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning models for enterprise clients
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend visualization capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
