Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships for 2026 market dominance
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of creative problem-solving
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes for 2026 opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Fortune 500 or scale-up strategic planning
- Strong financial acumen with budget management over $3M
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategy preferred
