Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and social trends through 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on future market disruptions and opportunities
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation innovation paradigms
- Champion organizational adoption of agile futures methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leader with 15+ industry presentations/publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, etc.)
