Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable innovation pipelines
- Develop predictive models for industry evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Present future-vision roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or technical field
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
