Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026 industry scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-vision priorities
- Produce trend reports and innovation briefs for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic trajectory against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and global stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
