Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ landscape
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational structures
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in target markets
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-focused innovation into product pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling and trend analysis tools
