Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and maintain predictive models for market evolution, demographic changes, and technological adoption curves
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging opportunities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry panels, and media engagements
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using advanced analytics and trend analysis
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace or innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite teams on long-term strategic positioning
