Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with future market disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 10-year market potential
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise on ESG and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, space)
- Published author or frequent speaker at global futurism conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFIP) preferred
